What exactly is FitCRM?

FitCRM is an all-in-one studio management platform designed specifically for boutique fitness businesses. It combines CRM, booking & scheduling, membership management, class passes, payments, helpdesk, segmentation & offers, reporting, and a member portal — all in one system. Think of it as the operating system your studio has been waiting for.

Who is FitCRM built for?

FitCRM is purpose-built for yoga studios, pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, boutique fitness studios, and personal training studios. If you run a studio where people book classes, buy memberships, or schedule private sessions — FitCRM is for you.

How is FitCRM different from Mindbody or Glofox?

Unlike legacy platforms that bolt on features as afterthoughts, FitCRM is built from the ground up as a unified system. Your CRM, booking, payments, helpdesk, and reporting all share the same data — no syncing, no integrations, no gaps. Plus, we’re studio-first: every feature is designed for how boutique fitness actually works, not adapted from a generic SaaS template.

What payment methods does FitCRM support?

FitCRM auto-integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Paddle for online payments. For studios that also accept manual payments, we support Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, bank transfers, and cash — all tracked with proper transaction IDs and invoices.

Can my members book and manage their accounts online?

Absolutely. Every studio gets a public booking page (domain.fitcrm.app) where members can browse classes, book sessions, and purchase memberships. Members also get a self-service portal to view invoices, update their profile, check attendance history, and join waitlists.

What's a Class Pass, and why does it matter?

A Class Pass is an industry-critical feature — for example, “4 Classes for $120.” Members purchase a fixed number of classes with an expiry window (30 days, 60 days, etc.). FitCRM tracks usage automatically, handles expiry, and even lets you restrict passes to specific class types. It’s one of the most requested features in boutique fitness, and we’ve built it right.

Does FitCRM have a waitlist system?

Yes — and it’s not a basic one. FitCRM’s waitlist system includes per-class enablement, capacity limits, priority logic, a wait window timer, auto-email notifications to the next member, auto-escalation if no booking confirmation is received, and staff manual override. It also integrates with the helpdesk and request system.

When will FitCRM launch?

We’re currently building the MVP with core features: classes, services, memberships, class passes, booking, invoicing, manual payments, waitlist, basic CRM, and email templates. Join the waitlist to get early access and help shape the product. Phase 2 will add automation, segmentation scoring, the offer engine, instructor payout reports, API integrations, and a mobile app.

Is there a free trial or early-bird pricing?

Waitlist members will get exclusive early access and special founding-member pricing when we launch. We believe in earning your trust before asking for your money — so yes, there will be a generous trial period.

Can I manage multiple staff roles and permissions?

Yes. FitCRM supports role-based access for Owner, Admin, Front Desk, and Instructor roles. Each role has configurable permissions for viewing financials, editing the catalog, managing bookings, accessing CRM data, responding to helpdesk tickets, and issuing refunds.
